WHY A JOB DOES NOT GET DONE

There are four reasons a job does not get done:
1. Lack of RESOURCES – I cannot do it!
2. TRAINING Deficiencies – I don’t know how to do it!
3. ATTITUDINAL Problems – I don’t want to do it!
4. Mismatch in VALUES – I don’t believe in doing it!
Analyse the cause and then use Force Field Analysis to get the job done.
HR Thought for the Day : Explosive Behaviour is not Linear in nature.
