CAMPUS PLACEMENT INTERVIEW - Five Questions

Five Questions I would like to ask students during a campus placement interview:

1. Why did you choose the this vocation? (eg. Engineering, IT, Medicine, Management, HR, Finance, Marketing, Economics, Law, Science, Geology …)

2. Why should we hire you?

3. What are your hobbies? How do you spend your leisure?

4. Which is your favourite book? What is the book you are reading at present?

    Apart from this recriuters need interpersonal skills like soft skills,inter personal skills,etc., if anyone interested to learn soft skills just visit them they provide training cum placement program in software industry. visit Training and Placement
