My advise to every genuine worker is value the company you all serve where ever you are and keep your team motivated as not to get dishearten watching the doing nothing types , Better is learn to live with the DOING NOTHING types or ignore them especially as if they were deliberately hired for DOING NOTHING in the company doing nothing whole day and focus on own team and be happy with them in work

but your story and NLP experience what you have, has given me also an insight what a person feels when he has decided to do nothing. i always wondered why are they like this, now after your story i realized It was no big deal for them. Heavens will fall , earthquakes will come but I know these person will DO NOTHING. So live with them so long as you are not paying them , focus on own work

Good story send some morebrandohttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04894336038909884625noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4710313771389348282.post-50311761742644979322011-04-14T13:07:21.905+05:302011-04-14T13:07:21.905+05:30@ Pooja - Yes, Pooja, time to stop running and sta...@ Pooja - Yes, Pooja, time to stop running and start strolling, esp in Mumbai
@ Ramesh - Thanks for your nice words. "
Its so true, people in Mumbai are always running and only running, they dont have the time to sit and enjoy its beauty.
You are a lucky man.Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01824218278830956062noreply@blogger.com
